1.5.0 Patch Update
The Update for Dragonvale 1.5.0 is released and they made few changes toward the game.
They have added new marketplace items ‘Hibernation Cave ‘ so you can keep your favorite dragons.
Increased the zoom level for certain devices.
As always, the wizards were furiously squashing bugs!
No new Dragon Combination release or discover yet.

My DV has an “internal error” and is supposedly reloading, but I have not been able to access it for 24 hrs on my ipad2! They say “we have been notified about the problem”, but I have heard nothing, and am concerned and do not want to loose the content! I have all the dragons including rare ones with the exception of Panlong.
Is there anything I can do?
I realize this is probably not the proper place to voice my concern, but I do not know how to contact the company directly

Have you updated to the latest version? I was getting that error message until I checked the app store and there was an update.

Ditto. I wrote support to suggest that they create a customized error message to let users know they need to update.

How do you breed a rainbow dragon,how do u breed a moon dragon?
When I open dragonvale I am getting the message that says the game had an internal error and is reloading. It has been happening for two days now and started happening straight after I bred a rainbow dragon. I have delete and redownloaded the game multiple times as well as checked for updates. Is anybody else having problems with this or is it just me???
And I got my rainbow dragon by breeding a mud and blazing about ten times.
